Fiesta Mexicana, located in three locations in the heart of Louisville, is the perfect combination of hard work, quality service, and FIESTA! Began by owners Manuel Moran, Hilario Moran, and Enrique Dominguez from a dream with hopes to make a better way for their families as well as to leave a legacy to future generations; these restaurants are fun, active, joyous, AND leave customers feeling like family and as if they really just had a party to remember!
Seventeen years ago Hilario and Manuel Moran arrived in the United States with this hope: a zeal to start something that would make a better way for their family financially as well as to socially connect with the people around them. They knew that traditional Mexican restaurants were lacking one important element: inclusion. Many were attempting to give the feeling of "fun" but were missing the part that would be essential: inclusion of all cultures and backgrounds in the joys intended by the creators of the parties. These men learned the ins-and-outs of the restaurant business by working intensely for over five years and participating in as many roles of a restaurant business as possible...and then setting out to accomplish their dream!
After sharing their collective dream with Enrique Dominguez, a trusted friend of the Moran family, the three men decided to give it their all: They launched forward to embark their restaurant with firm intent to not only engage the palates of taste as a person comes to eat at their restaurants, but ALSO to engage the palates of HEARTS and joyous feelings that would leave customers full and satisfied as well! To do this, the men surveyed well the areas around where they intended to set a restaurant with the likes and tastes in music and entertainment of the common people. Then they pushed forward to enact the PARTY/FIESTA element of their dreams and make it active!
Today, every individual location of Fiesta Mexicana prides itself in offering not only unforgettable tastes in food and quality service, but especially the feeling of CONNECTION of the spirit of the fiesta in every visit! Many days of the week offer live music of authentic Mexican music as well as authentic passion from entertainment and music deriving from the local people surrounding each restaurant as well. There is never a dull moment here!
